AN ACT Relating to making the customized training program permanent; and repealing RCW 28B.67.902.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. RCW 28B.67.902 (Expiration date—2006 c 112 §§ 1-4 and 8) and 2012 c 46 s 4 & 2006 c 112 s 11 are each repealed.
