AN ACT Relating to eliminating certain tax preferences not being used and recommended for repeal as determined by the joint legislative audit and review committee; and repealing RCW 82.16.055.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION.Sec. 1. RCW 82.16.055 (Deductions relating to energy conservation or production from renewable resources) and 1980 c 149 s 3 are each repealed.
