AN ACT Relating to department of ecology's reporting requirements on greenhouse gas emissions; and repealing RCW 70.235.040.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION.Sec. 1. RCW 70.235.040 (Consultation with climate impacts group at the University of Washington—Report to the legislature) and 2008 c 14 s 7 are each repealed.
