States that there exists a prima facie presumption, with regard to United States department of energy Hanford site workers who are covered under the state industrial insurance act, that the following are occupational diseases: Respiratory disease; heart problems, experienced within seventy-two hours of exposure to fumes, toxic substances, or chemicals at the site; cancer; beryllium sensitization, and acute and chronic beryllium disease; and neurological disease.
