On page 100, line 38, correct the total.
On page 307, after line 36, strike all material through "$8,400,000" on line 39.
On page 359, beginning on line 1, strike all of section 970.
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
Correct the title.
| EFFECT: Increases amounts available in the Criminal Justice Treatment Account for the Health Care Authority Community Behavioral Health program to provide treatment and support services to offenders with substance use disorders. Eliminates a transfer from the Criminal Justice Treatment Account to the General Fund.
FISCAL IMPACT: Increases Criminal Justice Treatment Account - State by $8,400,000. Reduces general-fund state resources by $8,400,000.
