On page 43, line 9, decrease the Multimodal Transportation Account--State Appropriation by $3,521,000.
On page 43, line 16, correct the total.
On page 44, beginning on line 24, strike all of subsection (9).
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Removes $3,521,000 provided solely for transit mitigation for the SR 99/Viaduct Project - Construction Mitigation project.
FISCAL IMPACT: Reduces Multimodal Transportation Acct - State by $3,521,000.
