On page 5, line 20 of the striking amendment, after "dentist." insert "A dental therapist may not diagnose a patient and must work off an existing treatment plan formulated by a dentist licensed in Washington who has performed an in-person examination of the patient."
| EFFECT: Prohibits a dental therapist from diagnosing a patient and requires a dental therapist to work off of an existing treatment plan created by a licensed dentist that has performed an in-person examination of the patient. |
