On page 2, at the beginning on line 26, strike all material through "committees" on line 37 and insert "state board for community and technical colleges"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively.
| EFFECT: Requires that the task force be staffed by the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, rather than by the Senate Committee Services and Office of Program Research staff.
