| EFFECT: Removes provisions allowing cross-check procedures when there is a showing of interest from at least 50 percent of employees for employees bargaining under the Public Employees' Collective Bargaining Act, the Personnel System Reform Act, and for marine employees, higher education faculty, and symphony musicians.
Retains current law regarding cross-check for those employees (current law requires a showing of at least 70 percent of employees).
