Correct the title.
| EFFECT: Requires employers to receive an indemnification agreement from employee bargaining representatives holding the employer harmless from all claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability related to the deduction of dues or fees prior to making dues deductions from employee pay.
Deletes language providing public employers and employee organizations immunity from any claim or action under state law for requiring or deducting dues, and deletes language that eliminates public employees' right to make a legal claim or seek judicial enforcement of a right related to membership dues. |
