"NEW SECTION. Sec. To assure the public regarding the safety of these immunization measures in chapter 28A.210 RCW, the state of Washington shall contract for a vaccinated versus non-vaccinated study to be performed by researchers independent of the pharmaceutical industry."

Correct the title.
