On page 3, line 30, after "vaccine" insert "if:

(i) There is a declared state of emergency involving a measles outbreak; and

(ii) The child's school or day care center is within a one hundred mile radius of the area in which the declared state of emergency is occurring"

EFFECT: Removes the philosophical/personal exemption for the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine only if there is a declared state of emergency involving a measles outbreak and the child's school or day care center is within a 100 mile radius of the area in which the declared state of emergency is occurring.
