Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

Correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes the provision related to the authorized exemption for impact fees and the prohibition on impact fees greater than fifty percent of the amount set for single family residences for accessory dwelling units within close proximity to transit.
