On page 3, beginning on line 16 of the striking amendment, after "magazine" strike all material through "transport" on line 17 and insert ". The person may have in his or her possession any type of large capacity magazine, whether filled or unfilled, or loaded or unloaded, with no requirement that the person store the large capacity magazine in a container or lock the large capacity magazine up in any manner"
| EFFECT: Removes the requirement that any lawfully possessed grandfathered or inherited large capacity magazine must be stored in a separate locked container during transport. Provides instead that a person may possess any type of large capacity magazine, whether filled or unfilled, or loaded or unloaded, with no requirement that the large capacity magazine be stored in a container or locked up in any manner.
