On page 3, line 31 of the striking amendment, after "firearm." insert the following:
"(6) For the purposes of this section, service or repair includes the unhindered exchange of unsafe, damaged, and unserviceable large capacity magazines for refurbished or new large capacity magazines."
| EFFECT: Provides that "service or repair" of a large capacity magazine includes the exchange of unsafe, damaged, and unserviceable large capacity magazines for refurbished or new large capacity magazines.
