On page 3, beginning on line 18 of the striking amendment, after "section" strike all material through "RCW" on line 19 and insert "may be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed fifty dollars for a first violation, one hundred dollars for a second violation, and one hundred fifty dollars for a third or subsequent violation"
| EFFECT: Removes the gross misdemeanor penalty for a violation of the large capacity magazine prohibitions and instead provides that a violation may be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $50 for a first violation, $100 for a second violation, and $150 for a third or subsequent violation.
