Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Removes the exemptions for: law enforcement officers who acquire and possess a large capacity magazine while acting within the scope of their duties; marshals, sheriffs, prison or jail wardens, or other law enforcement officers of this or another state while acting within the scope of their duties, including possession while not on duty; and retired law enforcement officers who obtained the large capacity magazine as part of separation from service.
