On page 3, beginning on line 22, after "magazine" strike all material through "Store" on line 23 and insert ":
(a) Shall store"
On page 3, line 25, after "(b)" strike all material through "only" and insert "May possess the large capacity magazine"
On page 3, line 26, after "person," insert "other privately owned property, or public property,"
| EFFECT: Removes the restriction that a person who legally possesses a grandfathered or inherited large capacity magazine may possess the magazine only on property owned or immediately controlled by the person and instead allows the person to also possess the magazine on other privately owned property or on public property.
