On page 3, line 19, after "right-of-way." insert "If the driver of a motor vehicle is involved in a collision, the collision shall not be deemed prima facie evidence of the motor vehicle driver's failure to yield right-of-way where a bicyclist involved in the collision does not stop at a stop sign."
| EFFECT: Narrows the current rule that applies to drivers who do not stop at a yield sign, which deems a collision with a vehicle in the intersection or junction of roadways prima facie evidence of the driver's failure to yield the right-of-way, to not apply in cases where the driver is the driver of a motor vehicle and a bicyclist involved in the collision does not stop at a stop sign.
