On page 8, line 22, after "least" strike "ninety" and insert "sixty"
| EFFECT: Amends the cause provision relating to situations in which a landlord elects to withdraw a single dwelling residence to refer to "unit" rather than "single dwelling residence" and changes the notice period to 60 days from 90 days.
