Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
On page 4, line 38, after "(2)(b)" strike ", (c), and (d)" and insert "and (c)"
| EFFECT: Removes one of the criteria in the bill for when a domestic worker is not entitled to rights under the Washington Law Against Discrimination (the criteria removed is the provision regarding when a hiring entity informs a domestic worker that there is reason to believe the person receiving care has documented behavioral conditions that will result in discrimination and abusive conduct).
