On page 5, line 12, after "43.70.515" insert ", including the funding of a cap on copayments, deductibles, or other forms of cost sharing for prescription insulin drugs for the treatment of diabetes at an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars per thirty-day supply of the drug"
| EFFECT: Specifies that foundational public health services may include the cap of copayments, deductibles, or other forms of cost sharing for prescription insulin drugs for the treatment of diabetes.
