On page 1, at the beginning of line 19, insert the following:
"(c) Is not a sex offender;"
Renumber the remaining subsections and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Restricts eligibility to receive an identicard through the program to homeless individuals who are not sex offenders.
