On page 3, line 28, after "means" insert ":

(i) For school districts that qualify for special education safety net community impact awards under RCW 28A.150.392(2)(f), two thousand dollars per student, increased for inflation beginning in calendar year 2020.

(ii) For school districts not included under subsection (i),"

EFFECT: Provides local effort assistance of up to $2,000 per pupil for school districts that qualify for special education safety net community impact awards, rather than $1550 per student in the underlying bill.
