On page 2, line 7 of the striking amendment, after "section." insert "Any guest outside speakers must be proposed to parents or guardians of participating children at least ninety days in advance of their appearance. A guest outside speaker may not appear unless a majority of parents accept the speaker by secure, online voting with commercial grade fraud prevention techniques."
| EFFECT: Requires any guest outside speakers to be proposed to parents or guardians of participating children at least ninety days in advance of their appearance. Prohibits a guest outside speaker from appearing unless a majority of parents accept the speaker by secure, online voting with commercial grade fraud prevention techniques.
