On page 5, line 7, after "(11)" insert "Curriculum, instruction, and materials used in accordance with this section may not teach, discuss, or otherwise reference pornography.

On page 6, after line 10, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 28A.150 RCW to read as follows:

Curriculum, instruction, and materials used in accordance with this title may not teach, discuss, or otherwise reference pornography."

EFFECT: Prohibits the curriculum, instruction, and materials used in accordance with sexual health instruction, comprehensive sexual health instruction, and instruction under public school provisions from teaching, discussing, or otherwise referencing pornography.
