| EFFECT: Removes the requirement that the comprehensive sexual health education be consistent with the Washington State Health and Physical Education K-12 Learning Standards. Prohibits the comprehensive sexual health education from including material not mentioned in the January 2005 Guidelines for Sexual Health Information and Disease Prevention.
