| EFFECT: Eliminates the goal in the Department of Ecology's 2020 report to the Legislature of achieving one hundred percent recyclable, reusable, or compostable packaging in all goods sold in Washington, and replaces it with a goal of achieving sustainable and realistic policies for recyclable, reusable, or compostable packaging. |
