On page 20, after line 34, insert the following:
"(5) A court shall not dismiss a grievance that has been filed against a guardian or conservator due to an inability to resolve the grievance in a timely manner."
EFFECT: Prohibits a court from dismissing a grievance filed against a guardian or conservator due to an inability to resolve the grievance in a timely manner.
