On page 2, line 12 of the striking amendment, after “RCW 41.26.150(1)” insert “, however the proceeds of the additional levy must be annually expended for payment of benefits provided under RCW 41.26.150(1) prior to being spent for any other purpose”
| EFFECT: Annually restricts the use of funds under the additional 22.5 cent per thousand dollar of assessed value levy to medical benefits under the Law Enforcement Officers’ and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan 1, prior to being spent for any other municipal purpose.
