On page 5, line 31 of the striking amendment, after "records" insert ""Publicly available information" does not mean information collected by a business about a consumer without the consumer's knowledge."

EFFECT: Modifies the exclusion of "publicly available information" from "personal data." Specifies that information collected by a business about a consumer without the consumer's knowledge is not publicly available information, and therefore, is not excluded from personal data.
