EFFECT:   Provides that a landlord shall accept a pledge of emergency rental assistance funds provided after the expiration of the pay or vacate notice if the pledge will cover all amounts owed to the landlord, including all past and current rent due, reasonable attorneys' fees, and any other recurring or nonrecurring charges(rather than contribute to the total payment of both the amount of rent due, including any current rent, and other amounts if required under this subsection).
