On page 4, line 2, after "older," strike "residing in the state of Washington,"

On page 5, line 29, after "qualifications" insert ". The department of social and health services must establish minimum qualifications for out-of-state long-term services and supports providers and register an out-of-state provider that meets the minimum qualifications"

EFFECT: (1) Removes the requirement that an individual must be a Washington state resident to access the benefit.

(2) Requires DSHS to register out-of-state long-term services and supports providers that meet the minimum qualifications.
