On page 11, after line 13, insert the following:
"(7) An employee who demonstrates that the employee has long-term care insurance is exempt from the premium assessment in this section."
EFFECT:
Exempts employees who demonstrate they have long-term care insurance from paying the premium and accessing the benefit.
