Lowering class sizes;

Hiring additional counselors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, or other support staff;

Offering summer or additional instructional support time for students, with a particular focus on at-risk children; and

Replacing or freeing up current local levy district expenditures, including expenditures on special education.
