On page 157, line 31, decrease the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2020 by $500,000

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Removes $500,000 per year appropriated for facilitated play groups from the Early Learning program of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and appropriates it to the Children and Families Services program of DCYF for investment into additional family reconciliation services. Additional federal match is anticipated as a result.
