On page 3, line 9, after "vaccine" insert ". A child with a family history of vaccine injury shall qualify for the medical exemption in this subsection, provided that a health care practitioner confirms the family history of vaccine injury"
EFFECT: Allows children with a family history of vaccine injury to meet the medical exemption to vaccination.
