On page 7, after line 20 of the amendment, insert "(h) before an ordinance adopted under this subsection (6) may take effect, it must be approved by a majority of the voters within the city boundaries."

EFFECT: Requires voter approval within the city before the

ordinance expanding the use of cameras may take effect.
