On page 4, line 17, after "facilities" insert "; and

(3) The skilled and trained workforce may be graduates of an apprenticeship program for the applicable occupation approved by the United States department of labor located within Washington state"

EFFECT: (1) Provides that all workers in the skilled and trained workforce must complete advanced safety training within the past two, rather than three, years.

(2) Provides that the skilled and trained workforce may be graduates of apprenticeship programs approved by the United States department of labor located within Washington state.
