On page 2, after line 2, insert the following:

"(3) Any tribes conducting sports wagering must obtain all applicable business licenses, permits, and land use approvals from relevant state, city, and county jurisdictions."

EFFECT: Requires any tribes conducting sports wagering obtain all applicable business licenses, permits, and land use approvals from relevant state, city, and county jurisdictions.
