On page 3, line 5, after "(5)", insert the following:
"The annual fee for issuance, reissuance, or renewal for any license under this section must be equal to the fee established in RCW 69.50.325."
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: The annual fee for issuance, reissuance, or renewal for any marijuana retailer license under the social equity provisions must be equal the current marijuana license fee.
