On page 2, line 19, after "determined", strike "solely" and after "follows" insert "when the sponsor has received fifty percent or more of its aggregate contributions from a single source"

EFFECT: Requires the tracing of top five contributions to original nonpolitical committee sources only when the sponsor of an advertisement has received 50% or more of its contributions from a single source.
