On page 3, line 36, after "conditions", insert "and the narrative reason for separation on the DD 214 form includes reasons of gender or sexuality."

EFFECT: Eligible discharge statuses for receipt of tuition waivers include a general discharge, under honorable conditions if the reason for that discharge status was related to gender or sexuality.
