On page 82, after line 12, insert the following:
"(17) Amounts provided in this section include sufficient funding for implementation of Senate Bill No. 6041 (motor vehicle sales tax)."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: EFFECT: Provides funding sufficient to implement SB 6041, which redirects sales and use tax generated from the sales of motor vehicles from the state general fund to the transportation congestion relief and safety account.
