On page 446, line 1, after "If" strike "the" and insert "neither"

EFFECT: Increases funding for the national guard postsecondary grant program in HB 1201 and SB 5197. Funding will lapse if neither bill is enacted by June 30, 2020.

FISCAL EFFECT (2019-2021): $875,000 Near General Fund-State/$875,000 Total Funds
