Requires the state liquor and cannabis board to: (1) Create a soju endorsement to the spirits, beer, and wine restaurant license that allows the holder of the license to serve soju for on-premises consumption by the bottle to tables of at least two patrons who are at least twenty-one years old;
(2) Develop additional responsible sale and service of soju training curriculum related to the provisions of the endorsement, that includes certification procedures and enforcement policies; and
(3) Provide the information above in Korean and English languages to licensees holding the endorsement.
