Finds an employee of a retail outlet guilty of a gross misdemeanor if he or she sells marijuana products to a person under the age of twenty-one years in the course of his or her employment.

Permits the prosecution of the employee if he or she sells or otherwise provides marijuana products to a person under the age of twenty-one outside of the course of his or her employment.

Prohibits a licensed marijuana retailer or employee of a retail outlet to allow a person under the age of twenty-one years to enter or remain on the premises of the retail outlet.
