Requires the office of the superintendent of public instruction to identify and make available ethnic studies materials and resources for use in grades seven through twelve.

Requires the superintendent of public instruction to establish an ethnic studies advisory committee to advise, assist, and make recommendations to the office of the superintendent of public instruction regarding the identification of ethnic studies materials and resources.
