Revises the definition of "uniformed personnel," for purposes of chapter 41.56 RCW (public employees' collective bargaining), to include correctional employees who are uniformed and nonuniformed, commissioned and noncommissioned security personnel employed in a correctional facility, or in a detention facility that is located in a county with a specific population.
