On page 2, line 18, after "(6)" insert "(a)"
On page 2, after line 21, insert the following:
"(b) "Whistleblower" does not include an employee, contractor, or subcontractor of any motor, air, or rail carrier or of any derivative carriers."
| EFFECT: Excludes employees of motor, air, or rail carriers as persons that may bring a qui tam action as an aggrieved person or whistleblower. Excludes actions concerning those employees from being brought as qui tam actions.
